Your membership is yours. Please use it that way.

Your account

Your account is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report a compromise.

Using several devices is allowed. Traveling, changing internet providers, using mobile data, or obtaining a new IP address is not automatically a violation.

No account sharing

You may not let another person use your account, combine access among a household, organization, investment club, or team, resell access, or distribute credentials. A business, family, or team that needs access for several people must obtain a membership for each person unless a written multi-user agreement says otherwise.

We may use login times, IP addresses, session activity, and basic browser or device information to protect accounts and identify patterns inconsistent with personal use. If activity looks unusual, we may sign out active sessions, ask you to reset your password, or send a security verification message.

We will not treat one changed device or IP address as conclusive proof of sharing. If there is credible evidence of credential sharing, resale, automated extraction, or refusal to complete a reasonable security check, we may suspend or terminate the membership. Deliberate or repeated abuse may result in a permanent ban. We will act reasonably and consider legitimate travel and device use.

Membership levels and market access

Focus provides one selected country, Select provides three selected countries, and World provides all supported countries and exchanges. A country includes the supported exchanges mapped to it in our catalog. Exchange availability can change because markets, vendors, regulations, or data rights change.

Focus and Select members may replace one selected country every 90 days, beginning 90 days after activation. Unused changes do not accumulate. An eligible replacement takes effect when saved. Active paid coverage is required; replacements are unavailable while a subscription request is pending or an administrator override controls coverage.

Upgrades require approval and verified payment before broader access starts. Downgrades require approval and take effect only after the current paid period ends. Every confirmed plan change starts a wait of at least 90 days for the next country replacement and preserves any later existing restriction date. Moving to World and back does not remove these limits.

While country changes are restricted, Focus-to-Select keeps the original country and Select-to-Focus keeps one existing country. Where a replacement is permitted, a plan change may replace at most one existing country. World-to-Focus or Select waits until the current paid period ends and starts the new restriction. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Manage your selection and requests through your shared account. A submitted plan-change or cancellation request does not itself take payment, change billing, or alter access. The current process requires administrator verification of the provider action; a pending request is not an automatic scheduled change. Check your request history and provider confirmation before assuming a renewal has stopped.

The checkout page states the price, currency, billing interval, taxes, renewal date, and any trial or special offer before purchase. A recurring membership renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not normally end access before the paid-through date.

The first annual membership purchased directly from us includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. A valid request made within that period will receive a refund of the membership charge. After that period, payments are generally non-refundable except when required by law or expressly stated in a written offer.

We may change future prices with advance notice. A price change does not rewrite a payment already completed. If payment fails, we may provide a short opportunity to correct it and may suspend access when the paid period or stated grace period ends.

If we offer lifetime access

A lifetime membership is personal and non-transferable. Unless its written offer expressly says otherwise, “lifetime” means access to the covered membership level for as long as we continue to offer that covered service to individual members. It does not automatically include future products, personal services, taxes, regulatory charges, or separately priced third-party data feeds.

Lifetime access remains subject to these terms, fair-use limits, security checks, and the no-sharing rule. Ending access for a material breach does not create a refund right beyond the written lifetime offer or rights required by law.

Research, not a promise of investment results

Stocks3D and Wealth Velocity organize market information and research evidence. They do not know your complete financial circumstances and do not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in the service is a guarantee, prediction, solicitation, or instruction to buy or sell a security.

Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, corrected later, or temporarily unavailable. You remain responsible for your research, decisions, suitability analysis, position size, execution, taxes, and risk.

Responsible use

You may use the service and its outputs for your own personal research. You may not interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, overload the service, use bots or scraping tools to extract material, reverse engineer protected software, remove ownership notices, or use the service unlawfully.

Member-only software, visualizations, reports, writing, designs, trademarks, and other content remain owned by their respective owners and licensors. Your membership gives you permission to use them personally; it does not transfer ownership or grant republication rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services useful and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, vendors, internet failures, market-data changes, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

We may improve, replace, or retire features. If a change materially alters a paid membership, we will communicate it and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access while investigating a security problem, payment issue, or suspected violation. We may terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, account sharing, attacks on the service, unlawful use, or conduct that harms members, the service, or our rights.

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time through the available account or support process. Provisions that logically continue, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limits on misuse, survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the membership relationship are governed by the laws of Mexico and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Querétaro. Before starting formal proceedings, you and WallStreetGenius, LLC agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.

Unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a matter somewhere else, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
